"We were in Newport for an evening wedding, and the Wyndham was convenient and clean, as well as a great value. The hotel and grounds were very nice, the staff was really friendly and professional, the room was clean and bright, and it was very easy to get around town. A very nice trip!"

"The Pell was an unexpected wonderful surprise. Very tastefully decorated, very nice staff and very spacious rooms. The beds were comfy, the bartender we saw nightly was amazing and there were some nice places to stretch your legs and meet others. We do wish the room coffee was better and the shower would have had shelves for personal toiletries or a stand in the shower, but otherwise we have no complaints! We would happily stay here again. "

"We’ve been to The Atlantic House several times and enjoyed our visit. Always stayed on the second floor , king deluxe room. We were told that there were only two king rooms on the second floor. This third king room obviously swapped out a queen bed for a king. My bedside table was practically in the clothes closet literally and very near the corner of this closet. Not appropriate for the cost charged, just saying. We will be back spring 2025 and sadly not our last time. "

"The Carriage House Inn was beautiful. The staff was very helpful. It was a great location and close to a lot of sites in Newport. This Inn had a bed and breakfast feel. We enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!"

"It is a nice hotel but the rooms are small. We had a convenience bar outside the room for water, ice, coffee, etc. the bar was practical but noisy as others used it. The staff was cordial but not overly personable. The outside bar was gorgeous! The beach set up is perfect- towels and everything else you need are right there on the beach. They have a foot shower too! The cushions on the outdoor furniture needed a refresh and were very tired and weathered. Lastly, we arrived after Labor Day...

"The location in town and close to Town Beach and the seawall is ideal, also the sunrise deck is amazing! When in the hotel the heated pool is excellent but they advertise a hot tub. It has been out of service since 2023. If a hot tub is not an option that is OK to take it off the list of amentities. "
